If TRUE, the pick algorithm will pick the plate while preventing plates from being blown away by using the float bar platestop. If FALSE, the pick algorithm will pick the plate while maximizing throughput by not using the float bar platestop. Note that this NVS parameter is expected to be temporary. This parameter became obsolete in version 1.29.15 of the 5981 project.
